**Woodland Wonderland Week #10 **
We have this week and next to sew up all the sashing units. This week do the baby shoofly blocks and the pine trees.
NOTE - In the pattern on page 40 there are directions on how to trim just a bit off some of the spaces to reduce the length of the strip. The designer explains it very well. Mathmatically, like she says, you need to remove 3/4"of an inch TOTAL.
- One way to do that is to trim down 6 of the block by 1/8", which is 3/4" inches trimmed
- Then 2 blocks are not trimmed.
