🎇 Jelly Snowflake Block #3 - Free Sew Along!

You'll Make 4. if you have directional fabric, so shift your fabric as it goes in 4 quadrants,

For Round #2 of our sew along I'm using Deer Christmas i love how this plaid looks. I think with a small sashing and center corner stone this will make a cool block by itself.

TIPS:

I positioned the same pink prints in each spot, being very symmetrical this time!

With all the fires out west there are groups of quilters taking finished quilts, tops and pillowcases to distribute to people who have lost their homes. It is such an amazing effort. I got in contact with Heather Hendrickson of To the Point Quilting about her Quilt Drive. And it is a SMALL world she is my friend Bonnie Sullivans longarmer and friend.. Bonnie lost her home in these horrible fires which is so unthinkable to lose not only your home but your business.

This group that is taking Tops and Finished quilts

Fire victims in Oregon - Heather and a group of quilters are collecting finished quilts and tops with backings, batting & binding to make quilts to give to the town in and around Oregon where she is located the Beachie Fire victims in the Santiam Canyon outside of Salem, OR. Entire towns have been wiped off the earth. They have 6 towns that have massive damage and some like Gates and Detroit are a total loss. She tole me If they have extra quilts after the hand, they will travel south to the victims in Phoenix, OR and Talent, OR where over 1,000 homes have burned.
Accepting - finished quilts AND tops with backings, batting & binding - they have a team to quilt the tops
