- it's been 6 weeks and 2 days since I fell and broke both my wrist and 5 weeks since surgery to fix them with plates and screws. I also had carpel tunnel surgery at the same time.
- I'm doing therapy on the wrists 3 times a day, which takes about 3 hours to do each day.
- I'm scheduled to do this for 7 weeks
- There is not much mobility or strength in my left hand yet
