**** Button Club Happy Buttons ***
It is so fun to design a project for the Fat Quarter Shop's Button Club. I like to have the buttons sit on my desk for awhile, it' lets me find a fabric or a inspiration to start the pattern. The purple and yellow were my inspiration and when i found the Tula Pink Monkey Wrench fabric, I had to do big flowers! It turned out so cute!

**** TIPS ***
Making sew and flip blocks is easy with my Babylock Solaris and it's guidebeam!

Many of these are directional fabrics.
To keep them straight I place them next to the machine with the sew and flip squares so i did not twist them in the wrong order.

I'll sew them on after it is quilted.
**** Bonus! ***
I saved the larger cut and flip units and made HST. These will go to make mug rugs! I might use the banana's as a square next to the HST to make a larger mug rug.
I also save the strips from each layer cake and sewed them for the binding.
