Charity Quilt Along Release #2 & FREE Pouch pattern

I intend to have a little sewing time today. Several friends in our community asked me about my FREE bumble bee pouch pattern. I thought that would be a fun one to make again today, I'd like to make it bigger this time by adding more squares

*** Bloom-Topia Butterfly blocks ***

I'm going to do it!! These are AMAZING to have as a starter and stop piece as you sew other things.

I will be starching the small charcoal squares. Once I have more I'll decide if I do a quilt with all Charity block #1 (Pattern here) or just the butterfly without the center square.. decisions.. decisions

• then press it.

*** Cross Stitch Along! ***

This is a new portion for the Charity sew along and I LOVE it!! I'm having a lot of fun trying this.

*** Bloom-Topia My Cross stitch progress*  ***

Because I'm a baby cross stitcher I was not able to envision the colors until I made some. Now I want to change colors.. because I'm a designer and that is how I think... so ... I'm going to stitch section 2 and change out the green to another shade of green, and the orange and maybe the pink... that is a lot isn't it? I'll do that during the course of the sew along using the new shades in the future sections.  wish me luck!
