I decided to get the alphabet blocks finished then to set my Dear Jane. Top 2 rows are sewn together, woohoo! Norm is supervising there and I put my Glow block up on the wall too. PLUS I found that fabric hanging on right to use as a small border for this quilt. Do you like it?
Keep reading below for some insights into finding one of my worst blocks ever.
- Norm and Nanette have been waiting patiently for me to get back to them. I even have this tray out on the table top. So maybe I'll get some bodies cut or some Nanette faces (saying heads would be just weird.. right?)

When I started to look at the Dear Jane blocks I'd made back in 1998 to 2001 I found some too small, some a little wacky and then I found this precious girl.
Oh my... how could I have made it SO very wrong but nailed those tiny triangles? I had never done small blocks before I started these, so my skills needed to improve. I'll assume I did Paper Piecing on sections and then.. who knows!
I plan to take it apart and sew it back together to get it close to 5". Wish me luck!
