Super Cute Free Trick or Treat Bag Pattern!

*** Project Details *** The Fat Quarter shop has this darling trick or treat bag pattern, and when Kimberly asked me to make it up with some new fabric to show you I had to jump at the chance to use this panel by Cori Dantini!!
