Make all the Half Square Triangles!! I chained pieced one pumpkin's worth for my 2nd version.
Aren't they cute?
TIP:
If you have this ruler and never tired it, get it out!! Or .. buy one HERE
- Look at the directions for the size the triangle should be trimmed to
- Find that on the trimming ruler. One side is full numbers, other side is 1/2 numbers
- Place the line ON the SEAM
** Get yourself a Trimming Ruler
- Trim both sides
- press open!

All my 2nd version blocks together, i can't wait to play with a layout! That will be when it's all done and my travel for September is finished.

Some of you pre-ordered a kit just like the book. Those are all sold out. So below I have a suggested starter bundle and background so you can buy that to make this with very similar fabric.
This book also has a darling pumpkin table runner option that is 16" x 58" if you want to make that for the sew along. I'm thinking of making a few of the blocks with the starter for a little wall hanging. Stay tuned to see if that happens!
