UFO Friday and Some other cool stuff

Welcome to our first UFO Friday! I talked about this idea of mine on my Fireside chat this week about having 1 or 2 days a week where I plan to work on something specific. I don't want to be TOO crazy by having each day be a scheduled task, that doesn't work for my brain. Some changes to the podcast
