Anne Wiens has never seen a scrap she didn’t like. She is the author of The Thrify Quilter which is a system for precutting your scraps. She is an Island Batik Ambassador, you’ll have seen her quilts at the Moda bakeshop, and maybe even taken a workshop with her!

Karen Gibbs has, as she puts it, done just about every job there is in quilting. From longarming for customers, writing a book and designing fabric. We are going to dive into her speciality today, Batiks as she designs for Banyan Batiks.

Sheryl Johnson is the owner of Temecula Quilt Company, a shop in Temecula CA. She is also an avid quilt maker sharing her process and stories on her blog, Facebook, and Instagram. With her recent book Quirky Little Quilts you can create wonderful little reproduction quilts to decorate your home. Her shop was also in the Fall 2009 in Quilt Sampler magazine, so look at your back issues!
