When Lori Holt and the Fat Quarter Shop announced her Sewing Bee book AND a sew along, I was "IN" before they even asked if I'd be on the tour. I have a long love affair with the alphabet.. let me show you...
We were each assigned a letter. The book has upper & lower case, I'm mixing it up using both in the 6" size.
For my 'Y" block I used Welsummer by Kimberly Kight with the chickens, in this amazing orange/red colors.
What are a few quilting words with the letter Y?

Back to the Letter Y
For the first 17 1/2 years of my life, I went by Patty
I then went to college and changed to Pat. I looked around for some later versions of my signature where I was perfecting teenage girl swoopy signature, which may have had a heart attached to the end .. wink!
And I have a new sign for my studio, QuiltMaker! Done with the 6" blocks.. what do you think?
