I am in LOVE with Moda's Grunge basics... the great colors and the awesome texture of it. It goes with everything and I'm excited to be able to collect some this month with the sale.. woohooo!
Moda Fabric has a new sew along called 'Be my Neighbor'. Gorgeous big house blocks with trees, birds, stars and a lovely sail boat just for me... PLUS the blocks are free, which is so generous!!

Her is what I am starting with, a Layer cake + some yardage.
All the background will be the same like the original in that Moda Tiny essential dots.
Fabric Requirements 68″ x 84":
- 16 House Blocks: Assorted Prints & Solids - I am using a Juniper Berry Layer cake + yardage of the Plaid and the green floral and the black and white polka dot
- Background, Sashing & border : 6 yards - I'm using the tiny dots
- Binding: 2/3 yard
- Backing: 4 – 3/4 yards
