Part 3 of our Halloween sew along and now I have a table runner.... all ready to quilt up for fall.. how COOL is that!
My friends at the Fat Quarter shop joined up with my buddy Anne Sutton of Bunnyhill for a super fun table runner project, perfect for decorating this fall, and gosh.. we have TONS of time to get it done!
Anne has the MOST ADORABLE fabric line called Spooky Delights from Moda and there is a kit link at the end for the project in her fabrics.
I'm doing a slightly different version, I'm making BOO pumpkins, these are the fabrics I selected.
I had to get over 'spider sewing'....
Because that green really added to the project!
I kept telling myself they are FRIENDLY ones...
Next up... Stitching some Bat Eyes.... 12 wt Aurifil in a nice chocolate brown
With a little satin stitchy kind of things... I made up as I went.. it was one of those moments.
Deciding on my binding... the stripe
And the backing.. polka dots!... now for the runner.......
My runner top all ready for quilting! Do you like my Boo Pumpkins?
this is SO FUN and darling!
