My very unique Hometown Girl Aurifil thread kit contains ALL FOUR thread weights! I want you to be able to experience them all in one kit!
The small spool box has regular 50 wt and three in the thickest 12 wt.
The regular size box has 12 spools with all four weights.
- 50 Wt for almost everything.
- 40 wt is slightly thicker for all but your finest handwork where you want to have the thread disappear
- 28 wt is a super nice thickness that really shows off your stitching.
- 12 wt being the thickest for embroidery and machine work (really!)
