HI Pat,
My Mom would cut our hot dogs up in to dime size shapes and put them in baked beans, and top it off with ketchup!

So, as soon as I sent the question, I went back to the picture that I posted on fb and tried that url and IT WORKED!!!! I thought I had to go back to the original photo I took. Anywho--- it posted! Yippee!!!!

Patricia

I have tried posting my picture of my block 7 per instructions from my pictures, and the URL (facebook). Cannot get it posted. It is on faceboo,.

My Dad used to fry hot dogs with butter too!! Thanks for bringing back a memory I had forgotten about!!

Kathy Howard

Our family likes fried hot dogs.

Penny M

I think my mom fried hot dogs in lard, but then she fried everything in lard back then. LOL. Some great looking blocks. This one really shows how value makes a big difference.

I want to try that German hot dog. That's where some of my ancestors lived. No slaw? Hmmm...Out east they have slaw for hot dogs. They also have "hot dog sauce", which is different from a chili dog I've been told - don't ask me how. I like the Chicago style ones, too, but those European ones sound good to me.

Anita

Thank you Pat Sloan for everything!!!
