I have been waiting a long time for this moment, the arrival of MY copy of my 31st quilt book.. I want to share my first peek with you!
When we got back from our trip and there was a flat box on the porch, I could NOT get in the house fast enough.. I had goosebumps!
Opening the box, and pulling out my gorgeous new book so that I could hold it for real, well that IS the Best day EVER!

We had a lot of brain storming sessions on what I wanted my teaching books to have....
top of my list was amazing photography, step outs, style and beauty.

My first book is all about creating Fusible Applique that is Soft & Simple to do.
I've been doing this technique for over 18 years, and teaching what I do for almost as many years. My book shows you why things do what they do, I have tips on important techniques you may have not thought of, and glorious photo step outs to teach you everything you need to know.
One of my favorite projects is the Farmer's Market quilt, dedicated to my Grandmother who worked all her life at one in central Pennsylvania. They are magical places and we can all transport to one when making my quilt!
