I've decided I really want to take a handwork project with me to Florida. I love how wonderful it feels to sit and stitch. This Thimble wreath project has been hanging around waiting it's turn. I want to show you how to make flying geese one at a time with a super simple and effective sew and flip method. You will make perfect geese every time! It was such fun to have you help me select the borders for my 'Smore's' quilt! Ta-Da! In the end I selected an option that was a bit different than from where I started. Let me tell you about it. Thank you for ALL the wonderful suggestions for which fabrics to use for my Aurifil Mini! I so wanted to do red and white, Gudrun's is pefect! I went another direction, just to be different! Here is my mini, i really love it! If you are afraid to do a mini i have some tips Cut carefully Sew slowly Press after EACH SEAM and be sure it is pressed open perfectly.
