I always have to find Sherri at the shows for a BIG HUG!! And to see all the super duper cute things she has designed. I cant get enough of her!
I love this quilt because it reminds me of playing with home made dolly clothes when I was little and sorting my grandma's button bin. It reminds me of the wooden spools that she sewed with on her sewing machine (That I now have in my studio and it's a beauty). It reminds me of when my own girls were little and I would sew them doll clothes for Christmas gifts and make them matching dress for Christmas eve....it reminds me of why I love to sew and the people I love to sew for! Sewing has always made me HAPPY!
Like me, Sherri loves WORD quilts!! She told me "It's a fun to piece quilt, as it's done in sections. I used fat quarters. It's 60" X 74" perfect size to snuggle up with and watch a movie with this fall. I even put minki on the back."
