The other day on my facebook group Heather shared a Thread cone hack... it is great!!
Use a travel cup that is wide enough for the thread cone and feed the thread out the straw opening! Brilliant! She had spotted this tip online, tried it then shared with us!
Someone else pointed out that you do need a cup that won't tip over. So other suggestions went on for using a coffee can, a canning jar, maybe an pasta jar when you are done with it. Any container that will stay upright!

I personally want this beautiful thread cone holder from Paul's Metal. I coveted this one for a LONG time before I bought it. I'm happy I did and I love it to bits! I looked at my Amazon links and found this other cone holder from Superior that has a lot of ways to use it, and I know they make quality products. it looks super useful!
