Pat Sloan: My Birthday Quilt 3rd arrangement

It's so exciting to see all the birthday blocks! My design wall is almost full. When I sew the blocks together the size will shrink a lot. I know there are more blocks coming, so in a few days I'll rearrange them on the wall again and then I just might have to few units of blocks so that I can handle it better. My wall is 80" wide which is totally side to side. The vertical area you see now is about 85". But I can't reach the top part with the stop stool, I'll need the ladder.. LOL!... Read more →

I had a few more blocks arrive today and I just HAD to put them up on the wall! Two were large 12" blocks, so that meant a bit of rearranging. First was one from Mary Val.
