When i travel I am always on the lookout for shapes that interest me. Last night the hotel carpet was a classic quilt pattern...and the bathroom wallpaper had great texture with wavy lines. But what I loved most was the set of bikes out front. Real road warriors. .six retired guys roadtripping for the fun of it! Loved chatting with them last evening. Sometimes an idea pops into your head and you have that 'V8' moment... am I right? You actually SLAP YOUR FOREHEAD and talk out loud to yourself.. mmm (is it just ME that does this?). Sometimes you just need a new studio Assistant. I had super fun hearing all the names you suggested at my quilting Facebook page and my Instagram page for my new assistant! She is not new.. but not too old either... The Shipping Department needed a new Studio Assistant so I was able to inherited his old one! Isn't Bertie Beautiful? Whitney suggested Bertha.
