So I've still not decided.. and you have sent me loads of fantastic comments.
One idea my friend sent was "there was too much Red" in the blocks for a red sashing. Excellent point.
So I tried a few light green fabrics. As My original idea was to keep it LIGHT
A really nice print with some little flowers..
And a super odd shade of green.. sort of like a muted light celery.. almost into taupe. It actually works really well with the vines in the fabric the 'A' is on.
Until I actually lay out the fabric and put blocks on it, you really can't tell what the fabric will be like.
