When my friends issue a challenge I had better be prepared to deliver the GOODS! Victoria sent out an invite to her Double Wedding Ring Challenge.. yes.. really.. THE Double Wedding ring. Have you been to my talk about about work? Well I have a wee bit of a story about my first Double Wedding quilt that I will share on MY day of the hop. But in the meantime.. Victoria expects me to make at least ONE BLOCK for my day
We are using the super easy DWR templates designed by my buddy Darlene Zimmerman.
I'm thinking FULL CURVE.. but we all KNOW the pieced curves are more fun... thinking on this. Want to see the rest of my fabric pile I want to work with?
I've been stashing away all this acid green and chocolate fabrics. Then started finding the acid green and blue worked well with it. So that is what I'll be using
What size quilt do you think I'll make (eventually...let's be super real here.. it's NOT going to be a full quilt by MY day of the hop.. ok. now that you know.. don't be acting all surprised about that)
