Pat Sloan: Have YOU ever done this?

I had a SUPER great day at my Guilds show, Quilter's Unlimited 40th Anniversary show! I will be going back tomorrow. I took photos and will try and get them all here tomorrow. We had a Guild Red/White quilt challenge and I need to photograph them to show you, it's so fun!

So we did some laundry... yes... we... as in The Shipping Department did some laundry.. and I washed up my linen tea towels. OH MY GOODNESS....

Have you EVER done this? Bought textiles for one purpose.. then decided they REALLY should go into a quilt?

I'm SO debating now.. these linen tea towels came out so beautiful and soft.. Why have I not made a linen quilt yet? REALLY what's with that? This is SO SOFT.. did I tell you yet how SOFT they are?

But I digress..the real question is..........

So have you ever decided tea towels, pillow cases, shirts..

really should go into a quilt?

Purchased at purlsoho online, but I see they don't carry them anymore.. insert very sad face
