Alright my friends, I finally took the plunge. I've seen them, I've heard the rave reviews, but I had not tried them. And why not? Who knows! I may be the last quilter on the planet to buy a package... of Wonder Clips! I kind of feel like WONDER WOMAN buying them! And I didn't just buy 1 package.. on no... I am now the proud owner of 12 packages of Wonder clips! What do people use these for besides holding binding, because I really don't use clips for binding myself. I've been chattering about antique sewing machines ever since I took that photo of my student's candy apple red featherweight... it's TOTALLY swoon worthy material, don't you think? Is Mr. Ripper really the best for this task... and Show and Tell!

So I shared my 'don't sew late at night" confession yesterday ... and the reason I don't is that I really get to making mistakes when it's like. I'm not right on top of things, I'm getting a bit worn out and really should pack it in for the night. But I still try and sew late! Last night I decided to sew late.. and I needed to change the foot on my machine so I could do some piecing... A View from My desk, its Reality Quilting

Last night I finally got back into my routine... my SEWING routine!! It felt good to push some fabric through the machine. But this morning.. well the reality is ... I don't LIKE to sew in the morning. I much prefer starting to sew after lunch.. or maybe after dinner.
