oh it's real life here at Camp Sloanie! I DID Exercise (See our CHAT HERE on this).. but walked in the door from the gym, got out a bucket and and a sponge and spent the entire morning cleaning the front porch wood work and furniture.... YUCK! Why is it that things get DIRTY? Can't they see we have other stuff we'd rather do? Catchy little title isn't it? WHY I buy fabric.. Well I buy it because I LIKE it... silly rabbit.. wink! I have YET to go through my Quilt Market photos.. so bear with me.. those will be next week. Pat Sloan ... on soup

As much as I joke around that I 'Do NOT cook'... I actually do What I love to cook is SOUP! One reason I love soups is that I can be improvisational, I can mess around with the recipe and it still turns out great. There are some key things to do... use a great stock. I do not use a bargain brand chicken stock .. that is just like water or too salty. I don't have time to make my own stock so I use Emmrils .. BAM! saute the onions and other vegatable ahead of time. Arriving home we found this HUGE box awaiting me... and I mean HUGE.... What could be in it? It's from my buddies at Moda The box is also HEAVY.. and did I mention HUGE? Pat Sloan ... does this come any stronger?

In an effort to tackle the list in my previous post I resorted to an extra shot of espresso in my Latte this afternoon I'm not sure it's working... but I'm hoping it does. We all need time to rejuvenate...but it's something I don't do enough.
