I don't go to pinterest too often because it is just so distracting, I am on there for hours. My word this year FOCUS.

Carol Y

Where is that pin of the blanket stitch??? I can't find it...

Carol Y

I do love pinterest http://pinterest.com/k_row/ especially for the visual bookmarking aspect.

I can't even imagine getting out all my UFOs, some are packed in boxes right now. When I get settled I know I will have to make an inventory of them and just get rid of some. But not yet!

Pat Sloan

i love hearing all the methods that work for you! Siobhan the 'tower of shame' is wicked... hope it's working!

No way am I going to even go and look at Pintrest! I spend way too much time browsing instead of sewing as it is! LOL!

I took last years list and updated it... adding, subtracting. I still have some projects in baskets that I think need to be counted if I'm going to be acurate. I found two while I was looking for the binding for Lucky Charms, so I now there are more out there ::)

Siobhan

Last year I uncovered all of my UFO's and built the "tower of shame" in a corner of my quilt studio. I cannot get to my fabric without seeing it...makes me think twice about new projects! this year I posted a list on my blog of the twelve UFO's that I will focus on (only now it is 13 UFO's...duhhh)

Bev Gunn

I skipped the list-just started on a small table by the sewing machines that seems to be the "dump" table. Have one item OFF the table and kicked up to the next step-2 more under the machines and still debating on one of the projects as to what to do. But, making progress and hope to have the little table cleared by the end of February. So far, so good!

UFO's are stored on their own set of shelves. They aren't allowed to mingle with the other fabbies, they would be a bad influence on them. LOL They are being worked on. I'm not getting "sucked" into pinning right now.Have to many UFO's to finish first. I did look & I can see how much fun it would be, but I'm resisting, for now.

Kristen

I LOVE pinterest. http://pinterest.com/kristenk1/ I'm still trying to get up enough courage to open that UFO closet....I just need to get in there and get to work.

Debby Brown

I tore through my studio searching for UFOs right before the New Year. I have a shocking number of them (that I won't share), but I knew that a few were missing. After two weeks, I finally found the last box of UFOs hiding behind the batting rolls. I think (hope) that I have them all now. On to the finishing!

Pat Sloan

followed all of you!

Mary Ann

So I have just spent an hour checking more folks on Pinterest....inspiration,

As for UFO chasing I at least have started writing down in ONE spot all the "kits". ( ziplock with fabric and patterns) I have so I can work on them! Small steps, small steps....

I do enjoy Pinterest. I check it multiple times a day and have found it's easy to pin things right away so I can find them back. My sister and I follow each other and have fun commenting on each other's pins.
As for the UFO challenge - I pinned 4 quilts and have them ready for quilting. They are added to the other 3 quilts that are waiting for quilting. Now, I just have to stop starting new projects....

Deb f

I AM trying to work on my list of UFOs, I really am! I keep getting distracted! But I am getting some great ideas for them too. My big revelation this year is that I don't have to finish the project the way it was originally intended! Make some thing smaller and get it done.
I love Pinerest- it's so addi ting! Here is my link: http://pinterest.com/deb_mchugh/
