I was surfing Pinterest and ran across this quote. This is SO TRUE.
If you are always doing something safe
Something you know how to do
Something Tame and well... maybe... just a tiny bit boring...
Then there are no mistakes are there?
BUT if you stretch
Grow
Take a risk.. even a tiny risk
You might.. just might.. learn something from a mistake or two along the way.
What do YOU want to do that might create a mistake or two?
The awesome quote drawing is from Modcloth... it is swoon worthy! Read their thoughts HERE

I am always busy and so I am often making mistakes. Sometimes those mistakes work better than my original plan. LOL! I would like to be on the road when Shirley is taking that wrong turn and join her on the road to somewhere really great. ;-)

I just ventured into using colored pencils on fabric to be used in a quilt. I set the designs with a hot dry iron and didn't ruin either my iron or the ironing board. The colors didn't rub off...but I don't know how it will launder. Hopefully all will be OK. I had to experiment and I feel so invigorated!
