Pat Sloan Quilt A Long at the Learning center - Block 5

Here is is!! Block 5 of our Easy Peasy Summer Breezy Quilt Along at the learning center!

I named this one "Count the Stars"...

You did that as a kid right? lay on your back and count the stars at night

I decided on July 4th to celebrate my studio by hauling half of it into my dining and living room for resort.

I do this about 2 times a year. Usually when I need to make room for more projects to be started. My small space fills up quickly with things I don't REALLY need.

Do you know what I found? Leftover bits from the NOVEMBER Cruise I taught on.. WHAT is THAT doing in my small studio where space is prime? It's like living in Manhatten here.. real estate needs to function well as we don't have much of it!

So to keep things REAL.. these are my blocks in progress as of 10pm last night.

They are so quick to make I'll have them done..

this weekend... pinky swear!

I have been re-sorting since my move from Denver, sometimes it is like running into old friends! I can see your block repeated over and over with a lot of those "old friends"!
