Do you remember my "Tribute" fabric line with P&B? We each designed a quilt that was then given to a solider. I just received this photo of my quilt given to CPL Jarvis Barnes. His mother presented him with the quilt on Christmas day.
What an Honor it was to design this quilt and know it would be given to someone in our military.
My thanks to P&B for allowing me to be part of this Tribute, to my friend Roberta that helped me piece the quilt, and Jo Ann Hoffman who quilted it.
And my heart and soul thanks CPL Barnes and his family for his service to our county.

It was a joy to be part of this!

A true honor for you and CPL Barnes! I am finding it very comforting to also work on these Quilts of Valor. We don't often get photos of the ones who receive our quilts, how awesome!
Big hugs & thanks to CPL Jarvis Barnes!

How nice of whoever organized this effort to be sure you saw a photo of the happy recipient (and his mom). It is a beautiful quilt and I'm sure he will always treasure it.

Oh, what a nice picture and quilt and how proud this mother must be of her son, as I have a son in the military also. Thanks for sharing with us Pat.
