Guest - I believe Barb Adams and Alma Allen of Blackbird Designs may have started their business at the same market I did. They were so sweet as they came over to introduce themselves and we've been friends since. I love their work which is a twist on traditional applique and patchwork... plus a bit of reproduction crossstitch thrown in for good measure. ..... rumor has it that I own all their books!

AaaHaaaaaa!!! Can you hear me squealing?? I've said it many, many times - love those Blackbird girls!!! Not only their designs and fabric, but dang, they do soooo much, cooking lessons, biking, now beekeeping??!! And do time consuming applique??? Find out the secret!!! Thanks, Pat!
