I haven't yet...actually I'm so brand new to quilting I'm literally green. Hence why I'm stalking all the fabric and quilt blogs I can find to muster my courage to sew my first quilt.

I'm in the middle of making a Dear Jane quilt with Civil War prints, the ultimate sampler quilt!

I actually have two in the works right now - a batik scrappy-looking star quilt, and (aargh - TOO long in production) a "Stars around the Garden" quilt in April Cornell's Nature's Notebook. I love that one so much - but OMG the many, many pieces in each block...

I never make any sampler quilt. This is my first time :)

Donna Russell

I made a Sampler Quilt years ago. It was bright scraps with black.

Diann Cornell

I did make one, or most of one, back in the 90's. I took a class at the local adult school. I don't think I ever knew the manufacturers or lines of fabric back then. I was a beginner and just made sure the fabric was cotton.I should dig it out and finish it.

Karen Bridgewater

I made a sampler years ago, but don't remember the fabric line. I love the fabrics in the Astor Manor Line. Thank you for the chance to win them.

I've made 3 sampler quilts, all using scraps from my stash. I like to try to use up fabric I have on new techniques, that way I have room for new gorgeous fabric.

No, but, I will someday,it's on my bucket list !

Betsy Albertson

Not yet, another one that is on my *to do* list. :)

I made an underground railroad BOM wih civil war fabrics.

Sharon P

I have not done a sampler quilt - I would likely use 1930's prints since that is my current fabric love!

Shirley in Canada

Oh, yes, I've made 2 ..no make that 3 sampler quilts and all were made from either scraps or pieces from my stash. Now that Aster Manor fabric would make a gorgeous Sampler!! Have to check out this fabric!! ;-)

I have not made a sampler quilt yet, but I would like to make one with batiks.

Elise Fare

I have made many samplers, the Sylvia's Bridal Sampler in Batiks, Dear Jane in Aunt Gracies,Pat Sloan's Friends in traditional fabrics, Farmer's Wife in Orientals, and FW Pony Club in Western prints. I have also done others in Brights, traditional, and very scrappy. i love making samplers!

Misty Cole

I have never made a sampler quilt. I have put together tops from orphan blocks, does that count??

I've never made a quilt sampler....I've done a few mystery quilts, I love those! I'm going to add one to my quilting bucket list....:)

Karen Lieberman

I've made several sampler quilts over the years. I love them because every one is different and it's so much fun deciding what fabrics go where! The largest one I made was for my daughter's housewarming gift and it was made from your "Georgia" line in the orange/gold/green colorway!! I'm working along with you on the Blogger of the Month sampler too!

I made a sampler with the "Cottage Romance" line from Maywood Studios. It uses kits from a shop hop and I am picking it up from the quilter today! It is 90 x 90, and it is going into a bedroom being redone complete with matching pillow cases and curtains! I can't wait. I will post pictures of it when the binding is on!

Jodi G.

I love your blocks. How fun. I have a sampler quilt that is a WIP that was a BOM program at my LQS. I didn't use any specific line, mostly I used fabrics from my stash.

Thank you and Aurifil for a great giveaway and a chance to win.

I haven't made a sampler quilt - but I would like to try one.

Lynda M

Yes I am almost done with a civil war quilt.... Very intense!!!

I have never made a sampler before, but I love some of the Farmer's Market quilts I've seen popping up lately.

Years ago I made a sampler and used Amish solids. Have often considered doing another with prints and these are gorgeous!

I have not made a sampler yet. Looks fun though! Thanks for the chance to win!!
