My whirlewind trip to South Carolina to the York Country Guild
and North Carolina to the Lake Norman Guild to teach is done!
I meet the NICEST people...and had the MOST fun with the quilters!!!
This trip I spent most of my time inside a building as my schedule was.....
- Arrived home from NYC Sat night
- Sunday... laundry, catchup, unpack, repack
- Monday Morning Drove 7 hrs to SC
- Did Presentation that night
- Went to Bed
- Taught Wild and Free workshop (see some of the quilts and my hotel hall way rug at my previous posts)
- Left SC after class and drove to NC
- Did Presentation that night
- Went to Bed
- Taught Wild and Free workshop to the next group
- Left NC to drive 7 hrs home to VA
This even made ME
just a TEENY TINY BIT tired.. LOL!
For those interested in 'How I do it all' ... a lot of it is having a GREAT partner...one who will
- drive
- haul and
- keep me on track...
THANK YOU GREGG!

You ARE amazing, Pat! and you've definitely got a keeper at your side. My DH admires my quilting but don't know if he'd do all that for me ... he'd rather be fishing!!

awwww!!! It's always good to compliment the peeps behind the scenes. Especially when they help make us look so good and together!

Girl I would be so worn out and just want to stay in bed a day or two. Yes, you have a very good hubby to help you out.

Don't know how you do it all, Pat. But it's great that you're able to do it all and share with us. Sounds like you've had a lot of fun, and after all...this quilting journey of ours is all about fun...the rest is just a bonus.

That sure was a whirlwind trip. Good thing you do have the SD to drive, haul, and keep you on track.

A good man is hard to find and you need to keep them. The shipping department is great. I am sure he is like my man, one I would not trade for the world.

Three cheers for the Shipping Department Guy that keeps you on track. :-) Good partners are the best! Mine is good at doing the tasks I can see in my mind but am not physically tall enough or strong enough to do! On the flip side, I can bake and cook which is something he does not excell at. LOL!
