Oh, what a fun story!! And I'm THRILLED that you were able to find the same panel!!! I'll look forward to seeing what you do with him. He's very friendly and accepts your ideas with delight. Ho ho ho!! Have a very merry Christmas. Meeting you on-line and on the phone was one of the highlights of my year. Wishing you all the best in 2012.

Pat

You mean to tell me Santa doesn't COME to your house any longer on Christmas Eve? How odd....because he still comes to MY house!!! (Maybe you have been naughty?? LOL)

Beth Friend

What a great story. That panel is so cute. Can't wait to see what you do with it!
You and the SD have a wonderful holiday.

Oh I love this story! How funny! We were laughing this week, our middle son who was 10...now 22...came downstairs early in the morning with his eyes as big as saucers and he told us how he had heard Santa, and bells, and footsteps on the roof. He was literally shaking he was so excited. This week he said "I don'[t know what or who it was...but I heard sleigh bells..." that's his story and he's still sticking to it! hahahaha
Have a wonderful Christmas!
Blessings,
Debbie

What a great story and quilt! eBay IS the best. My DH collects NY World's Fair train travel items from 1930 and has TONS of stuff. I looked at LeeAnn's quilts and they are WONDERFUL!!! I love the scrappy style. Have a wonderful Christmas.

How wonderful!! Loved your story and so funny! I think I remember seeing that panel - I believe I have the one with the postal carrier carrying presents - dang, now I'm going to have to hunt for it soon as I get home!

Cathy B

Love your story and the fact that you found the same panel as LeeAnn. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Year's. Hugs

When I was really little my favorite part of Christmas Eve was listening to the report on the radio of where Santa was. We used to go to my cousins house for the night and we'd all be camped out on the floor in one of the bedrooms listening to the report, we'd be called downstairs after "Santa" had quietly placed all the presents under the tree!

Grace

What a great Christmas story, Pat! That Santa panel is amazing! I don't ever remember seeing a panel that big. So glad you were able to find one for your very own. I hope you will share your Santa quilt with us when you get it done.
Wishing you and the Shipping Dept. a very Merry Christmas.
