I love to try new things! So when the nice people at Olfa wrote and asked if I'd like to try these new scissors they had....
I said "send them on"!
They are a righty/lefty scissor. I'm right handed so tested them that way.
The finger holes are a very nice size and the scissors are super comfy and firm. I was very impressed with the nice solid feel of these scissors. They have a great cut and a pretty sharp point for this width blade.
It's not for fine applique, but then those fine applique scissors are only good for that... ask me how I know!
I used them to do my "JOY" project (CLICK HERE)
I cut paper, felt, and fleece. They worked great for everything.
I personally perfer a long blade scissors for many of my projects, but I do like short ones for some work and this is a great short scissor!
The part number is SCS-4 if you are looking for them. 5" blade.
So tell me.. what are YOUR favorite scissors to use...
short blade, long blade, both
and how many do you own?
