Guest - I'm so delighted to have Allie Aller on the first segment. She is the Auther of "Allie Aller's Crazy Quilting' and confesses she has been a fiber girl all her life. But after 20 years as a "sane quilter," crazy quilting took over her life in 2001, I love that!!

What a full day! Allie has brought a new look to crazy quilting. Going 'crazy' just looking at all the detail. I must have this book. Thanks, Pat.

I just hope that I don't get into Crazy Quilting...I have managed to stay sane so far :)
Love the pixel idea...I'll look more into that. And the pips fabric is beyond adorable!
Love the show Pat!

I love your radio show Pat because you have the best guests! I get to meet and learn about people from all over the quilt-o-sphere.
Right not my favorite fabric line is Shervet Pips from Moda. I have been followign Aneela's Comfortstitching blog for quite a while now and was overjoyed when I read she would be on your show. I love the colors and the "happiness" of the prints. I live in Wisconsin so right about now I need pastels in my life!

Do these squares qualify as crazy? Campnana.blogspot.com waste not want not. I enjoyed piecing all these bits together and using up a pile of scraps. I loved Allies kindergarten analogy

Absolutely loved the show as ever. Loved Aneela as a fellow Brit and her fabric line is so gorgeous. Emily's book had been on my want list since it came out as she has just a fresh approach. Allie made me think twice about crazy patchwork as I tend to think it is beyond me - perhaps it isn't but I need to learn when to stop embellishing.

Pat, these gals are all so talented! There are great quilters everywhere. Thanks for introducing me to them. I love Aneela's fabric and quilts. Emilie's quilts are great, too, especially that 'another brick in the wall' quilt! I did some crazy quilt squares for an exchange last year. Got me hooked on embroidery again! Thanks, Pat!

I loved listening to your three guests and especially how you like to find out about their processes. I loved Allie's suggestion for CQ " Pretend you're in kindergarten." I have never seen such modern quilts like the ones that Emily makes. I love the fact that she combines the history of quilting with a twist of modernism. Aneela's quote that you do what you know- by incorporating her children into her work literally and figuratively. How inspiring you and these ladies are for us quilter's out here in the blogasphere. Thanks for educating us and giving us insight into the creative process.

Your radio show is great! I enjoy hearing the voices of many guests whose blogs I've read. I also like hearing how quilters got their start in quilting. I like the insight into the business side of quilting, too.

Another great show, Pat. You had three very interesting ladies on the show. I absolutely love the picture of Allie Aller's Crazy Quilt, and can't wait to check out her Blog. Then you have Emily Cier who takes traditional blocks and makes them into something a little more contemporary, which is what I really like. I am going to have to check out her new book and her Blog too.
However, I must admit that my favorite has got to be the "Girl on the Swing". It is adorable, and I am going to have to get some of that fabric for my stash. I have visited Annela Hoey's Blog before, when I got linked there through embroidery. She is such a multi-talented lady, and she does amazing work. Three very talented ladies (four including you), and so much to think about. My head is spinning!

I love your radio program. I feel like I'm right in the middle visiting with you and your guests. Thanks so much! It would be easier to tell you which fabric doesn't appeal to me:) Lots of great fabric out there!
