Well, Pat, family emergencies have kept me away from quilting for a while. But here I am back again and thinking that I could never do applique (always scared of it and it was your smiling face and FUN attitude that drew me to your site, books etc. in the first place) And what do you know. You make it look easy and fun! (Just like you always do) So now I'm just waiting for your next project! I wonder what will it be, and can I make a silly youtube video out of it?!
Cheers,
Dionne

1st.. there is NO SUCH THING AS CHEATING in quilting.. EVER!! There are choices. You make a choice that may be different than what someone else would do but it's not right or wrong.

2nd ...my normal stitch on a Bernina 440 is about 2.8 x 2.8.. this is smaller but I don't remember what I did.

3rd.... on the right side bar is the MEADOW BREEZE category.. and on my website on the free pattern page are all the patterns. click on the top bar to my website

Love the dragon fly and the great tip for changing your stitch to keep going with the same colour thread. Brilliant! Love your yummy thread colours too.
