I'm crazy about Ferris Wheel images at the moment. There was a commercial with a little boy... something about creativity... and he was looking for/at Ferris Wheels. What was that commercial for???
So I spotted this FABULOUS hand silk screened t-shirt at Maryinks Esty shop. It's a night time Ferris Wheel... with all the twinkle lights it's the best kind don't you think?
And a pop up card at Oliveoyls's... isn't THAT cute! Do you see the cars are presents.. just too adorable for words!
I might have to do a bit of retail therapy...

I love the shirt you got, my dad and I always rode the ferris wheel I swear it paid the guy below to stop at the very top and than Dad would swing the chair back and forth.
Sounds like you had a wonderful time can't wait to see the pictures

Pat, I love the ferris wheel tee! Did you see they have a votive holder that has the ferris wheel on it too? They show it with pencils in it and candles...very cute!!!
I also love your badge holder...is there a pattern out there for one or is it something you just threw together?

Hey...I just read a book this summer about the 1890 something Chicago World's Fair. Did you know that the Ferris Wheel was invented/designed for that to better the Eiffel Tower from the Parisien World's Fair?
Amazing what stuff you learn! They invented Cracker Jacks and Shredded Wheat cereal for that fair too!
